For the purposes of clarity the Member is the person named on The Payment Card and no other, unless stated in writing by the payer.

The Member accepts sole responsibility for ensuring their Mobile is switched on and able to recieve texts.
The Member accepts that The Company may use the personal information provided by The Member, such as full name, postal address, e-mail and phone number details, to contact The Member as part of our commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
The Information is and will remain the intellectual property of The Company and is provided for use either by The Member or by the User only and may not be shared with or redistributed to any other party.
Membership
Naughty Diesel Limited reserves the right to terminate membership (without refund) for members who breach the agreement. Please be aware that we will not tolorate foul or abusive language used towards our staff. Any such use will result in membership being terminated without notice. In such circumstances no refund will be given. Any member breaching this agreement will have membership terminated.
COPYRIGHT
All information displayed on this website should be assumed to be copyrighted and may not be reproduced unless a License Agreement between you and Naughty Diesel Limited has been granted. The information is either the intellectual property of Naughty Diesel Limited or that of third parties where we have licences to display it. Breaches of copyright and theft of intellectual property found to have taken place will be pursued vigorously in accordance with English Law.
Loss
Gambling may result in losses. Naughty Diesel Limited accepts no liability to The Member, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from The Information and The Member hereby agrees that they will have no
claims against The Company of any kind.
