Godolphin Horse Laid and Beaten

“2-25 Thirsk ESTOURAH
Godolphin are not firing yet, Bin Suroor has not had a winner and his horses are not ready yet. One to take on at short odds in my view. “ BEATEN- we collect!

“2-35 Dundalk PEA SHOOTER
Ran once ran OK. Plenty on side and I love taking on these sort of horses at these sort of prices. LAY!” BEATEN – returned Evens we collect

On Sunday there were no lays, but on Monday we too on…

“3:30 KEMPTON DANEHILL DANTE – Lay
This may be an odd lay to some but there is so much on side that we have to take this on at EVENS. I have said my 2 yo strategy is to take on horses with 1 run to its name.”- went off 4-6, beaten we collect!

Members benefitted from our contacts and were on at 7/4 before the price collapsed to 11/8 and when it came to the race there was never really a moment’s doubt as Brabazon pulled clear to win going away.

Lay Betting – 100% Record Continues With Aintree Lays

Another great day for Layform Lay Betting Advice as Medermit was beaten at Aintree and our man also pointed members towards Grand Crus on the daily email (below).

Our Lay betting analyst took over the reigns at Layform on Friday 1st April and his results speak for themselves.A perfect 100% record, but all SHORT PRICES and all beaten. Our man gives an insight in to his thinking and remember he is a professional layer who does this for a living!

Lay Betting- Jumping at Aintree!

Thursday 6th April Lay betting Advice

The ground situation at this time of year is vital to get right. It is the first day of Aintree today and the racing is of the highest quality;

I will be laying Grand Crus in the 2-00 at Aintree today, but he is a bit too big for me to make the lay of the day. Big Buck’s though is a superstar and having beaten Grand Crus at Cheltenham I cant see hi beaten again. He is under 4/1 but I don’t want to go that high on the service.

I will be laying MEDERMIT and putting him up on the service, who was well beaten at Cheltenham and I think at these prices is a good value lay;

4-50 AINTREE MEDERMIT LAY – 3.15
I have laid this horse on several occasions and I think he is a bit over rated. We will see today but I am taking him on. Lay him to lose. Not a big price.

TUESDAY 5th April Lay Betting Advice

Today is better than yesterday with a couple on the short list today. I like the look of laying Requin (4-00 Exeter) but it is a small field. I do not think he will win so I will lay this at a very short price.
The lay of the day is;
3:50 Kempton, Destiny of Dreams, Win Lay
This is a maiden and is rated 68, yet is favourite. I am sure that the likes of Michael Bell, who saddles at 44k purchase, and Ed Dunlop, not to mention the two Hannon runners, will be disappointed not to be better than a 68 horse. Of course she may have improved, but we have seen her 3 times and she has not beaten anything significant. So I will lay this at the early prices!

Mondays Free Layform Trial Information, 4 April

Today is the stuff of nightmares. Fortunately I have found one today which I will lay at the early prices and come back later to watch the race and be on hand to adjust in play. In truth though this is a poor day of racing and I would really suggest that there is no lay. No point in laying for the sale of it.

The cards are dreadful today. Folkstone must be a boycotted meeting. Small fields. Windsor is tricky but the best meeting of the day.Kelso is full of big fields and big prices which I don’t lay!

For Members I advise NO LAY. So no account bet today.

Personally my one lay today is in the seller at Windsor….

3:10 Windsor, DEW REWARD no 3. Win

This is a poor race, but Dew Reward is a poor horse. The stable are in good form, a big winner at the Curragh yesterday, but the form of this one is dreadful. It is a dreadful race but I do think that Dew Reward is a miler and this is a desperate throw of the dice. It is a lottery this and anything could win, on balance Dew Reward is a good lay, but for the account I say no lay. This is an insight into the way I work for you following us for the first time!

Sunday Lay Betting Trial

Another good winner on Saturday for Layform, Bated Breath was well beaten. It was somewhat unlucky in the run but I am sure it wasn’t 100%. I also mentioned Penitent which was beaten but the advised lay was Bated Breath which finished unplaced.

Sunday, just two UK meetings. Doncaster and Market Rasen. Doncaster is a layer nightmare today. I fancy laying Prompter in the 4.25, having been well beaten by times up over course and distance at level weights last season, but it is a small field here and the race may not be run as a true test.

There are plenty of pitfalls over jumps at this time of year, horses tired from a long season and horses not 100% fit for the summer jumps. However we have a great novice chase with two very good horses taking on our lay which is only 3.05 this morning. The two are better horses with better form and I think jump better. So the lay today is;

4-10 Market Rasen Helpston, no 4 Win Lay

A small field but two on side against Helpston who is getting weight but shouldn’t be in the class of Dovers Hill and Fin Vin De Leu so we can take this one on at a short price. Great laying race.

Good Luck!
